How To Make Thin-Crust And Flourless Pizza At Home

1. Ingredients

Create a crust with cauliflower, zucchini, eggs, cheese, seasonings. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, veggies, meats, herbs for flavor-packed pizza! 

2. Prepare the Cauliflower or Zucchini

If using cauliflower, chop it into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. If using zucchini, grate it using a box grater or food processor.  

3. Make the Crust

Mix the prepared cauliflower or zucchini with eggs, shredded cheese, and seasoning in a bowl. This mixture acts as the pizza crust. Adjust the consistency until it forms a dough-like texture. 

4. Shape the Crust

Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature (usually around 400°F or 200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.  

5. Bake the Crust

Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown and the crust becomes firm.  

6. Add Toppings

Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven. Spread tomato sauce or any desired base, then add your chosen toppings—cheese, vegetables, meats, herbs, etc.  

7. Bake Again
